Econometrics Position

The UCR Economics Department invites applications for a senior position in the broad areas of cross-section and/or time series econometrics. The appointment will be at the Associate Professor or Full Professor rank. Applicants must have a Ph.D. and are expected to have an established record of outstanding research accomplishment.  The successful candidate will be expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, to guide the research of doctoral students, to be committed to a continuing, state-of-the-art research program, and to provide senior leadership in the department. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with education and experience. The appointment will commence on July 1, 2008
